Occupational Therapy Parent Coaching

We provide the tools to support your child’s progress with confidence.

We Aim to Support Parents, Not Just Children

We know that parents and caregivers are a child’s most powerful influence. That’s why we offer parent coaching sessions designed to equip you with the knowledge, practical tools and strategies to confidently guide your child’s development every day, in real life.

Parent coaching can help you feel more capable and less overwhelmed. You know your child best – we’re here to work alongside you, with strategies that align with your family’s routines, values, and goals.

It’s not about giving you more to do. It’s about giving you clarity and confidence in what you’re already doing – and helping you create real, lasting change at home.

What Is Parent Coaching?

Parent coaching is a one-on-one session with one of our experienced occupational therapists, designed to:

Understand your child’s specific needs and challenges

Equip you with practical strategies to use at home, school, or in the community

Answer your questions and help you interpret therapy goals or reports

Tailor routines, environments and activities to help your child thrive

These sessions are not clinical therapy for your child. They’re guidance and partnership for you as the parent.
