Mobile Occupational Therapy on the Central Coast
We provide occupational therapy that comes to you – in your home, school, daycare or community setting.
Therapy Where Your Child Feels Most Comfortable
We understand that children often feel safest and most confident in familiar spaces. That’s why we offer mobile occupational therapy services across the Central Coast – bringing therapy directly to your child’s everyday environment. Whether it’s your home, their school, early learning centre, or another community setting, our mobile therapists meet your child where they are – both literally and developmentally.
Why Choose Mobile Occupational Therapy?
Mobile occupational therapy sessions can be ideal for families who:
Want therapy that fits easily into their daily routine
Have children who feel overwhelmed in clinic environments
Prefer to work on goals like dressing, eating or play skills in real-life settings
Need school or daycare-based support integrated into their child’s day
We tailor each mobile session to your child’s goals, using play-based, engaging activities that feel fun – not clinical.
What Happens in a Mobile OT Session?
Mobile sessions are just as structured and effective as clinic-based sessions – but with added flexibility and personalisation. Your child’s therapist may:
- Use your child’s toys, tools or household items to build practical skills
- Observe and support routines like mealtime, toileting or dressing
- Collaborate directly with teachers, carers or family members
- Adapt the environment to suit your child’s needs
- Work toward NDIS or school-related goals in real time
We also provide parent coaching and practical strategies to help you support your child between sessions.
